Working in collaboration with the end user TPA, we were able to maximise the creative opportunity of the existing generic office space.
Exposed material finishes, industrial fixtures and fittings and visible services in the ceiling void present a warehouse feel to the studio, whilst retaining the creature comforts of modern construction technologies.
Stone gabion cages, suspended timber shelving and rotating screens create adaptable visual breaks within the open plan footprint and define the boundaries between work and play.
"From a dated and drab office space from the early 2000s to a contemporary environment that could be easily confused with a spot in downtown Brooklyn, TPA’s new home is the perfect place for 15+ innovative thinkers to thrive in.
The team at DLM interpreted our brief to the nail; they delivered an effortlessly cool environment that is conducive to creativity, yet remains tasteful and practical.
If you’re looking for a practice that can think inventively and make your vision a reality, I would not hesitate in recommending Dave and his team"
